Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Chengdu Infinite Stack Tech Co.,Ltd (“we”) for using the SkuStock app and related services. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SkuStock is an inventory management tool for stock in, stock out, inventory lookup, stock counts, multiple warehouses and team collaboration. Data is stored in the cloud, so an internet connection is required.
2. Your account
- You can sign in with Apple or WeChat.
- Keep your account secure and do not transfer or lend it to others. Actions taken with your account are treated as your own.
- Contact us promptly if you notice unusual activity on your account.
3. Paid features
Some features require payment. Prices and benefits are as described on the in-app purchase page. Payments are processed by the app store or payment platform.
4. Your data
- The inventory data you enter belongs to you. We store and process it only to provide the service.
- Members you invite to a warehouse can view and edit that warehouse's data, so invite only people you trust.
- We work to keep your data safe. Please check important data regularly.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activities, upload content that is illegal or infringes others' rights, or interfere with the service (for example, attacking our servers or creating accounts in bulk). If you break these rules, we may limit or stop providing the service to you.
6. Changes and interruptions
We may pause parts of the service for maintenance or upgrades and will try to give notice in advance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as force majeure or network failures.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Me → Account & security → Delete account. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered, and any remaining paid benefits end.

9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, either party may bring the dispute before the competent people's court where we are located.
