Privacy Policy

The SkuStock app is provided by Chengdu Infinite Stack Tech Co.,Ltd (“we”). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

1. Account information: You can sign in with Apple or WeChat. We store what is needed to sign you in: the user identifier provided by Apple (and the email you choose to share), or the WeChat user identifier, nickname and profile photo.
2. Data you enter: warehouses, products, locations, categories, partners, inbound and outbound orders, stock counts, and images you upload. This data is stored on our servers so it can sync across devices and be shared with your team.
3. Device information: device model, OS version and app version, used to show your signed-in devices and to troubleshoot problems.
4. Notification token: If you allow notifications, we store the device token issued by Apple Push Notification service to send you notifications.

2. Permissions

• Camera: to scan product barcodes and take photos.
• Photos: to choose an image for your profile or a product.

Permissions are requested only when you use the related feature, and you can turn them off anytime in iPhone Settings.

3. How we use information

Only to provide the app: signing in, saving and syncing data, team sharing, sending notifications, and handling issues you report. We do not sell your personal information, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

4. Third-party services

• WeChat Open Platform SDK (Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.): used only when you choose WeChat sign-in, to obtain your WeChat identifier, nickname and profile photo. Privacy policy: privacy.qq.com
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, push notifications and in-app purchases are provided by Apple. Payments are processed by Apple, and we cannot access your payment details.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except that members you invite to a warehouse can view and edit that warehouse's data, and when required by law or by judicial or administrative authorities.

6. Security

Data between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and only authorized staff can access server data.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app under Me → Account & security → Delete account. We then delete your account and related data, and it cannot be recovered. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your information.

8. Children

The app is intended for business and inventory use and is not directed at children under 14.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
